The MCM Online Store accepts payments from the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept PayPal.
We work with CyberSource to process credit card information, CyberSource is owned by Visa International and is one of the largest payment transaction companies on the Internet. Your credit card and billing information are recorded via fully encrypted Secure Socket Layer connection (SSL). This and your other personal information are safe and secure and will only be used for your intended purpose. We comply with industry’s leading security and privacy standards.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, MCM uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the Internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration. You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of your browser you will see it begins with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'. This means that you are browsing in secure mode.
MCM insures all items against theft and accidental damages while in transit to the designated shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please be aware that even if an item has been added to your shopping cart, it can still be purchased by another customer until you have completed and processed your order online. So, be sure to obtain the products you are seeking by completing your selections, finishing the checkout process and receiving your order confirmation. Only the order confirmation email confirms the receipt of your order. Once your order has been accepted and dispatched, you will receive a separate email notification with the shipping information.
Receipt of the Order Confirmation email lets you know that your order is being processed. The Shipping Confirmation email tells you that your order has left the warehouse and is on its way to your shipping address.
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize any shipping delays, however before we are able to dispatch your purchase, we may need to confirm your details with your bank or credit card issuer. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes two business days during which your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this may take longer during our sale periods or other high-peak seasons.
We offer complimentary standard delivery in all of our European online stores. For express shipping, the cost is displayed next to the shipping selection during checkout process.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your shipping details and the respective tracking number. You can also check the status of your order by using the order-status function available in top of our online store by entering the order number and post-code of your billing address.
An order may be canceled until the shipping confirmation. To do so please get in touch with our customer service via firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling +800-8888-1976. Once the order has been cancelled, the reserved amount is released approximately within 48 hours.
Unfortunately, after receipt of the Shipping Confirmation email, you will not be able to cancel your order. For technical reasons, it also may not be possible to modify your order once it has been placed. For more information, please contact our customer service.
